Submit a request to stop marketing calls or other promotional communications from Get Hospital Indemnity.
An opt-out request asks Get Hospital Indemnity to suppress the telephone number or contact information you provide from future promotional communications made by us or on our behalf. Please allow up to 30 days for changes to be reflected in campaigns that may already be in progress.
If you have more than one telephone number, submit each number you want included. If your number changes later, submit the new number as a separate request. Opting out from us does not automatically opt you out from independent companies that obtained your information through other sources.
